April 2017 Billing Information


Starting with the April billing, the Association is implementing a new online billing platform to ease and streamline the payment process. As the world continues to go online and electronic, the Association intends to reduce overhead by leveraging technology and provide cost reducing methods to conduct business.  This new system is PCI complaint for a high level of security of your personal information.

With your April billing, you will receive a link to a secure payment gateway in which you will be able to view and pay or schedule payment for your open invoice at any time.

From the gateway, you are able to:

  • Pick your preferred method of payment now including credit cards with a convenience fee (2.75%) or select checking account debit (we are highly recommending you choose an electronic method of payment).
  • Authorize automatic payment immediately or on a specified date.  Keep in mind, payments scheduled after the due date will incur late fees.
  • Send questions regarding your bill
  • View your payment history

After the first billing, you can access the secure billing system here: .  In order to access account, you will need to use the email address set-up for the billing or have an invoice with account information.

We will no longer be sending out paper invoices.  If you need a paper copy of the invoice, a .pdf file will be attached to each billing email or you can print from the portal.
